{L.L. cool R}

Lexi, Lyrik, and Riv

They all had laid there laughing with their heads on the pillow for five minutes.
Of course, Lyrik being the center of the attention.
Will the younger cousins even realize how smothered with love they were by the older cousins as they grow to adulthood?

They are the cherries on top of a multi-layered sundae :)
ooooo so sweet

Dearest Granddaughter Jolie Janin:

The sweetest gifts to me ever: These kinds of photos and blog sharings!
This photo is so exquisitely real and loving.I feel myself kissing each kid.
I recall one of the first real novel type books I ever read was book I found in my Grandma Pearl and Grandpa Harry's second floor attic in Jerome:THREE COUSINS.
Cloth covered book was well worn. How many had read it before me? Surely my Aunt Alice, for one.
I was reminiscing about that book yesterday. I was mentally scrunched in corner of Grandma Pearls rafty, drafty old attic--by the tiny west window--
Within a few months, I read that book over and over. In book, the 3 cousins frolicked at the seashore. I'd pretend it was us in my imagination. I had no real idea of a seashore at that time--but I had endless imagination.
This was about 1936. I already
loved my younger cousins, girls and boys so much. I still do.

Your comparison to cherries on multi;layer sundae is perfect analogy.
