On Friday, Jax's birthday day, we celebrated with his class by bringing root beer floats.

The kids LOVED it!!!

The teachers........well, not so much...

I said I would bring my carpet cleaner this week.

OOPS :)

Saturday at noon was the magical party blow out!!!!

Pizza, sugary drinks, candy and excitement got all the kids hyped up for the entertainment.

The magician Paul Brewer came to put on the magic show at 12:30 prompt.

Jax was the star and helped with the magic.

Of course he also used his own humor to keep us laughing.

Jax is entertaining just by himself!

After each trick, the magician gave Jax his own newly boxed tricks to keep.

Jax was a little disappointed that the live bunny, Stew and the dove Siegfried wasn't one of the keepers.

The magician gave balloon animals and a couple trinkets for all of the kids to go home with.

(perfect way to have a party....keeps EVERYONE attentive and entertained for an hour.

Keeping the ball rolling for NO chance of chaos, we brought out the cake.

Jax wanted the big yellow frosting balloon that had a 10 on it.

Makes me sick to think about all that sugar....uck!

While everyone was enjoying their cake, we had Jax open his gifts.

He received a shiznit load of money, gift cards, Lego's, a remote Hummer, and about six Nerf guns.

Jax asked for them from everyone.

They came in great use.......

Combined with the other five we have in the toy box, it was Nerf Gun WAR!!!!!

Jax was very generous to share his new toys with his friends :)

The kids had a blast!

Mutilating Sponge Bob was what the kids had been waiting for!

We gave each child 3 whacks to get Bob beaten down a bit, and let Riv and Jax do the final killing.

No crying, or accidental bodily pain to a human was involved.

THANK GOD!!!

Jax is still walking around singing to the toon of Sponge Bob,

"It was the beeesssst birthday EVEEERRRRR"
