{Dad's newly remodeled crib}

Dad's condo needed some updating......Randy and I thought we would save $$$ and paint it ourselves!! That is where we have been for a week.....putting our handy wrist action to use!

Man!!! It kicked our butts! But as you will see, it was ALL worth it!

Randy was in charge of the crap work.....edging and all the trim.

It sucked.
I was the queen of the roller!.....rollin', rollin', back spasm, rollin', fingers in a cramp, rollin', rollin, ruined my fav yoga pants, rollin', drank lots of coffee, rollin', listened to the entire Woodstock tribute on oldies radio, rollin'......went to bed, came back next morning, rollin'........

Aunt Tracy had NEVER painted in her life!

She tried.....she really, really tried :)

It helped having her there, and did a pretty darn good job!

AND, she provided the entertainment.

This is the end result....couch and table back in place over the NEW carpet
See...it's already feeling more fung shui relaxing

He actually has a dining area now!!!!
Pergo throughout the kitchen changes the entire look!
New fan and curtains in bedroom,
and nice light fixture in the bathroom completed the remodel.
Looks good dad!!! I hope this new place brings you
tranquility, joy, and comfort.
