The birthday bash with friends was held today!

We started with a movie at the $1.25 theater.

It was really funny! I was surprised.

Then, came back to the house and had pizza and soda.

The big anticipated event was the non-nosed Sponge Bob pinata!

Thanks to Paula's advise, I bought it at a little Mexi-mart for $13!

It was totally hand made and smelled a little like chorizo...

But it sure did take a good beating!

Riv personally made sure that McKayla made the 3 pre-whack, dizzy turns OK ;)

It rained outside, so the pinata parade was moved to the garage

Putting pinata body parts on your head is REAL FUNNY when you are 11!

We both love to do the bump, ride the white horse while smacking our ass, and... we dance like planks!

No one could resist the Macarana!!!

Even the little shy guy, that was scared to dance.

A full on buffet of 3 different ice creams, bananas, hot fudge, caramel, sliced strawberries, and loads of can whipped cream was lined up for all to make their own banana splits.

Riv opened presents......Oh shit! I just thought of this!!!

We didn't sing him happy birthday!

DUH!!!!

6 hours later..........

All but one child went home.

Riv chose Sionie to be the "sleep over" friend.

I told them to get their p.j.'s on and meet at the cots.

They both came down in the same sleep wear!!!!

Crazy huh?

The plan was to tent it in the back yard....

Since the rain didn't let up, we set up camp in the garage.

They are in boy dream land!

Whew! I think the parties are done for Riv.

It's been a busy couple of days.

He can sleep a happy boy tonight!
