{My friends run 1/2 marathons.....what do your friends do????}

Pop finally got his devil red kayak!!

He can't wait to put a pirate flag and skull and cross bone stickers on it!

The Sims family met us up to the lake for some kayak family fun time! (pic is of Derek and 2 year old Ryann)

Derek and Lisa had run a half marathon the day before.

They both did great! I'm so proud of them. They are inspiring.

Poor Derek is taking the after affects harder then Lisa though.......

It looked like he had some kind of ass operation when he was walking today.

I guess his quads were on fire pain.

Thank God arms are the primary limb used in kayaking!

I think this is the cutest! the big boys are carrying the kayaks back up the hill, and Grace is being a little helper.....holding the rope from behind :)

I love seeing kids have fun in a natural environment.....

Even if Zip was throwing large logs into the lake...

and barely missing Graces head in the process.

Can't wait to do it again Sims!!!!!

Now, go buy some kayaks!
