HAPPY Monday, the kids are back at school, life is returning to normal. Thank you for the cute shout out on your blog. Had a good b-day, lunch and dinner with friends and family. As I was sitting in Village Inn waiting for Karla and Vinnie, this little lady came over to my table and asked if I were eating alone. I said no, but if she were alone she was welcome to join us. So I went back to her table and gathered up her drink,coat,little pillow,and two purses taking it all back to my table. She is ninety four, sharp as a tack and has lived a very long and interesting life. Her name is Lady Sarah Edwards Jeager, she was knighted by the Queen for her dedicated service to her country. She made my birthday so special, I know Janin sent her my way. This little Lady had more personality than most twenty year olds, she and Mom would enjoy each others company. When we were finished eating, talking and laughing, Vinnie drove her to her home which was close to his. Lady Sarah has been around the world several times,raised five children, buried three husbands and still dances till dawn on New Years!! What an inspiring person. Her laugh was so cute and her zest for life contagious. Vinnie, Karla and I are meeting her there next week for brunch. Have a great week and thank you again for the love, hugs and laughter. We are a crazy bunch!!
