{Are they gone forever????}

I had two very large folders in my picasa picture album. 
They were exactly the same name and photos.
I'm pretty sure it was my stupid computer playing tricks on me and duplicating folders to make me think I'm crazy, and lead some kind of double life.
I clicked on ONE of the folders......my intention was to delete ONE folder.

Hit delete.

Deleted ALL of my pics in BOTH folders!!!

A lot of these were pics that people had sent me, or things that I copied off of the internet,  so I don't have a copy of them on my compact flash.

Does anyone know if I can pull a "do over" and retrieve that file from some kind of recycle bin or something????

HELP MEEEEEEE!!!!!
