UPDATE ON RECIPE.....
It's not very often that I am able to cook and have the meal smell, look, and taste restaurant quality. My swine flu dish was AWESOME!!!!! I made parmesan noodles and added parmesan cheese to top the asparagus. Try it!!!!!! Warning: The asparagus may cost more than the tenderloin! I find the price ridiculous since we used to pick asparagus out of my grandma's ditch!!!!!
River also informed me that I should not be "Honoring the swine flu" (from previous post) You shouldn't honor something that kills people. He is exactly right...and if I have offended anyone, please forgive me for my insensitivity!
